At Wilsons Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your leather goods, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hardware protectors are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
